  • Chicago Mission Trip - On July 22-28, we will be taking high school students (going into grades 9-12) to Chicago for an inner city mission trip with unlike any other. Students will be immersed into a cultural context that is different from what they are used to and that will challenge how they see the world. Our hope and prayer is that each student on the trip will come home with a deeper compassion for fellow humans, an open heart to love their neighbor like Jesus, and the skills to live with compassion in their everyday contexts.   • Youth Community Outreach - Do you know somebody who’s going through a struggle? They have tried everything to solve their problems? That’s where we step in! We're here to serve our community like Jesus! There is no better way to disciple for Jesus than to become his hands and feet for people that need us, right here in our community. The Parent Cue App

There are approximately 936 weeks from the time a child is born until they grow up, graduate, and move on to whatever is next. Since your time with your kids is limited, consider counting down the weeks. Why? When you see how much time you have left, you tend to do more with the time you have now. Because what you do as a parent every week matters more than you think. As a parent, some of the most important things you do for your child don’t happen in a single day.

You make small deposits in their life week after week—over time. That’s why the Parent Cue App gives weekly cues to help you make the most of the time you spend with your kid or teenager. These will change with your child, staying relevant to their phase of life—from babies to high school. Each cue aligns with content developed by Orange, the curriculum that our youth ministry uses on a weekly basis with our middle school and high school ministries. We believe the best way to use this app is to be in a faith community so there are multiple voices in your kid’s life reinforcing the same ideas. This app will connect you with Bible stories and verses to talk to your child about, and it will cue you with words to say and things to do connected with the naturally occurring times that already happen every day.

Where is the New Youth Center???

We are finally located on the same campus as Walloon Lake Community Church! Simply drive around the back of the building to the end of our back parking lot. There you will witness a testimony to the faithfulness of God and the generosity of His people - our BRAND NEW YOUTH CENTER!
